That's reflected in the standards we hold ourselves to and the partners we choose to work alongside, from the technology providers behind our builds to the accreditations that back up our approach.

Who we are as a business 

We're certified B Corp, which means our commercial decisions are independently audited against verified standards for people, planet, and governance. As a Living Wage Employer, that same standard extends to how we pay our own team.

Accessible by design

Our accessibility work is led by a CPACC-certified practitioner, so accessibility is built in from the start rather than checked at the end. A11y and Disability Confident Committed reflect that same commitment, both to the work we deliver and to our own team.

Security, quality and compliance

ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 cover quality management, environmental management, and information security, each independently audited. Cyber Essentials certifies our approach to cybersecurity, and Fundraising Regulator registration means charity clients can trust we operate within the sector's own regulatory framework.

Environmental commitment

We're certified carbon neutral and a Green Web Foundation member, meaning the infrastructure behind our work runs on renewable energy. Through Ecologi, we offset what we can't yet eliminate.

Recognition

In 2026, our work was recognised as Public Sector & Charity Digital Agency of the Year at the National Digital Awards, and three of our team were named in the BIMA 100 - the UK's list of the most influential people in digital.

Design and development

These are the tools and technologies behind every build we deliver - from Figma for design through to Django and Django CMS for development, hosted on Azure and Hetzner, and monitored with Sentry. Docker and GitHub keep our development process consistent and version-controlled, and Python underpins the more complex, custom work.

Integrations

Whatever CRM, email platform, or donation system you already run, we connect into it rather than asking you to replace it - including Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and Blackbaud, sector-specific platforms like Donorfy and Beacon, and Dotdigital and Access for marketing and operations. Our Claude Partner Network and OpenAI membership means AI work is built on the same trusted foundations.
