The challenge

Climate Impact Partners is a leader in carbon markets and sustainable solutions, helping organisations offset emissions, fund carbon reduction projects, and work towards net-zero goals.

The organisation needed a website that could do two jobs at once: engage and educate audiences serious about climate action, while making content genuinely easy for the internal team to manage day to day. That brief came with real complexity - a rebrand running in parallel, a tight delivery timeline, and requirements spanning multiple languages, lead capture, and interactive tools rather than a standard marketing site.

The solution

Behind the site sits an intelligent content organisation system, making sure information reaches the right audience in a clear, logical order rather than a flat, undifferentiated feed of content. Alongside it, a fully customised, multilingual CMS lets the Climate Impact Partners team manage and publish content across languages without needing developer support for routine updates.

Using Python, we also built a bespoke Climate Action Tool, giving organisations a self-service way to understand their carbon footprint and where the biggest opportunities for reduction lie - turning the site from something people read into something people actually use. Animations added a layer of visual polish throughout, keeping the experience dynamic without slowing it down.

A HubSpot integration ties it all together on the back end, so form submissions and lead data flow straight into Climate Impact Partners' own systems rather than needing manual handling.

Alongside the platform build, dedicated SEO work ran in parallel - addressing both on-page and off-page factors to make sure the new site's technical strength translated into genuine search visbility, not just a faster, better-built platform.

The impact

The site changed how people actually find Climate Impact Partners in the first place. A 246% increase in Google top 10 keywords means the organisation now shows up prominently across far more of the searches that matter to it, translating directly into a 33% year-on-year rise in organic traffic.

That visibility sits on a genuinely solid foundation. A 94% Ahrefs site health score reflects a platform built to last, performing as strongly today as it did on launch day.

Beyond the numbers, the platform changed what a visit to the site actually does. The Climate Action Tool turns a browsing visitor into someone actively calculating their own carbon footprint, and the multilingual CMS means Climate Impact Partners' team can keep pace with a genuinely international audience without being bottlenecked by language or developer time.
